**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end administration processes
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Scheduling and planning of works
- **System and workflow management - experience with Prime, highly regarded**
- Support the wider team
- Data entry, processing, phone calls and other tasks as required

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- You love a challenge and solving problems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- **Strong administration experience - insurance or construction preferred**
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
