Job Title: Administrative Coordinator - SIL and Participant Support

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- SIL Home Administration:

- Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks related to Supported Independent Living homes.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of participant details, schedules, and support plans.
- Liaise with support staff and management to streamline communication and processes.
- Manage documentation and compliance requirements for NDIS and SIL regulations.
- Participant Support:

- Assist in organising and scheduling participant activities and appointments.
- Maintain communication channels between participants, their families, and support staff.
- Address participant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of participants.
- General Administrative Duties:

- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events related to participant engagement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator, preferably in the disability support or healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with NDIS processes and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or disability support are desirable.
- Previous experience in an NDIS or disability support-related role is an advantage.
