An exciting opportunity for a **Event Operations Coordinator **who has a passion for business events to join our **Sponsorship & Exhibitions team **. Hit the ground running in this fast paced and creative environment, coordinating the delivery of sponsorship entitlements and exhibition projects.

This role is offered on a full time, six month fixed term employment contract with the potential to become permanent full time role. Our current work environment is 3/2 hybrid model, based in either our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne CBD offices.

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- **Facilitate the successful delivery of all sponsorship and exhibition requirements for conference events**:

- **Act as the main point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors once contracted**:

- **Budget and financial monitoring in consultation with the Conference Project Manager**:

- **Assist with strategic and administrative tasks for the Business Unit**:

- **Cohesively work with other departments**:

- **Build and maintain relationships with preferred suppliers**:

- **Proactively contribute ideas to improve processes**

**To be successful in the role YOU will have**:

- **Ability to demonstrate excellent client relations.**:
