This is an exciting and diverse position responsible for the execution of the Company's calendar of events - virtual and physical. From conferences, seminars and webinars you will ensure the smooth execution of events and measure / report on the success of events and sponsorship agreements.

Reporting to the Digital Brand Manager, Marketing, your responsibilities and key tasks will include:

- Owning the end-to-end execution of events
- Delivery and managing events against budgets and timelines
- Working closely with the broader marketing team to ensure events are consistent and that collateral is designed to brand
- Building relationships with industry bodies and integration partners
- Reporting on event effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement or optimisation
- Developing briefs for each event to ensure all stakeholders are tightly aligned
- Facilitating webinars, ensuring virtual logistics are effectively coordinated
- Negotiating and delivering on sponsorship agreements
- Coordinating suppliers, handling stakeholder queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event
- Managing event budgets
- Preparing and modifying event contracts as requested or necessary
- Identifying and securing speakers or special guests as requested or necessary

To be considered for this fantastic role you will have a minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated experience in events planning and execution, ideally in the corporate sector.
***You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be confident with online webinar and events technology. You will also have proven project management skills with an ability to prioritise and delegate tasks when appropriate. A Degree qualification in Marketing or Events is preferred.

Salary guide for this role is $85,000 + Super.
