What is the role?:
This is your chance to join a leader in the property industry and build upon your career in the events space. You will manage our events, support our sponsorships and look after merchandising. Working closely with the marketing and sales teams in a hands-on role, you will help plan, coordinate and ensure our events run smoothly.
What will you be doing?:
- Event coordination from inception through to delivery including budgeting, planning, managing attendees and registrations.
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement with marketing and sales teams, vendors, suppliers and organisers.
- Assist with the effective promotion of the events
- Produce agendas, run sheets and event briefs
- Managing sponsorships and ensure our sponsorship obligations are met
- Ensure effective budget and finance administration
- Be the key liaison point on the day for major events, ensuring the smooth running of events and coordination of resources and implementation of the run sheet
- Research and engagement of vendors and suppliers, sourcing quotes and work with legal team on contract management
- Maintain and improve detailed documentation and procedures
- Occasional travel to attend and manage major events will be required.
Are you the right fit?:
You need to have:
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise work to meet deadlines and a track record of managing multiple events/projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets
- Experience using MS Office suite
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with the analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise
The following credentials/experience will be highly regarded:
- Experience using a project management platforms such as Asana or AirTable will be highly regard
- Demonstrate experience in a role within functions and/or events
- Qualifications in events/marketing

Key Performance Indicators are based on:
- Succesfully managing events on time and on budget
- Liasing effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Ensuring sponsorship obligations are met
- Maintaining accurate records and budgets
