**Purpose of Role**

Convido is seeking an Guest Services Representative for our Melbourne, Australia market. Reporting into the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for assisting our Operations Team in meeting guests at apartments within our portfolio upon guest arrival. The role will require travel to our office then to the apartments to meet guests, show them through the building and answer any questions the guest may have. Afterwards returning keys to the office and reporting to the Operations Manager regarding how the guest arrival went.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform **at request** the pivotal task of in-person meet and greet service for arriving guests. Meeting & Greets guests upon their arrival from the airport is an essential part of our service.
- Communicating key points about their accommodation and location.
- Refer any apartment issues to the Operations Manager.
- Collecting Keys before arrivals and returning them afterwards.
- Ensuring apartment standards are met and maintained for every guest stay.
- Perform pre arrival inspections, ensuring Convido continues to meet guest quality standards.
- Troubleshooting, Maintenance and manual lifting assistance, where needed and within reason.
- Providing assistance during times where guests lock themselves out.
- Other tasks/projects as discussed and agreed.

**Meet and Greet Rates**

International Arrivals - Afterhours & Weekends - $100

Domestic Arrivals - Afterhours & Weekends - $80

Guest Lockouts
- Afterhours & Weekends - $100

**Qualifications**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- 2+ years of accommodation, hospitality, real estate and/or service industry experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to effectively multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills.
- Demonstrates high level of personal energy and high productivity.
- Repairs and maintenance skills are a plus.
- Information Technology Experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.

**Please note, work requirements across 7 days/nights. Availability to perform meet and greet services on weeknights, weekends and holidays.**

**To be considered, you must be entitled to work in Australia, have a valid drivers’ license and vehicle / and/or access to public transport that can enable you to attend M&G services any time of day/night, and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks.**

**Confidence in driving, parking and travel around Docklands, Southbank and the CBD is a plus.**

Though not required, living close to the CBD of Melbourne is a great help as it cuts travel time down immensely as you will be travelling to the office first before heading to the apartment. Keys must also be returned to the office after the Meet and Greet is completed.

Pay: $23.23 - $40.53 per hour
