**About the Opportunity**
We are searching for a confident and energetic casual Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Experience team based in our Melbourne Office.
You will be joining a close knit team that support and work closely where there is never a dull moment.
The role is offering 20 - 30 hours per week Mon - Sun with some rostered weekend work and an hourly rate of $29.68 per hour.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Day to day management of Mystery Shopping and Auditing Jobs nationally
- Assigning/allocating Mystery Shopping and Auditing jobs based on strict predefined parameters to ensure quality and 100% completion within client deadlines
- Managing field team enquiries in relation to mystery shops and system troubleshooting.
**Essential criteria**:
- Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Outgoing and energetic personality that connects immediately with people
- Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Previous experience in retail or in a call centre or ordering systems environment is desired
- Must be willing to work occasional weekends
