About The Role
The Guest Services Representative will enhance guest expectations, foster loyalty and drive Village Entertainment brand through outstanding guest interactions

Query Resolution –
Work alongside a team to handle, resolve and respond to all customer enquiries.

Guest Experience
– Deliver exceptional guest experience through personalised solutions and professional communication.

Events and Bookings–
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage guest birthday parties and small-scale events.

About You
We're looking for a Guest Services Representative who brings:

  • A tertiary qualification in year 12 or equivalent
  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Sufficient skills in Microsoft Office, PPT, Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent guest experience
