Leasing officer required for immediate start

**Your new company**

Hays has partnered with a leading government organisation based in Victoria who are currently seeking a full-time leasing officer.

This role will initially be based in Burwood, then you will have the option to work from their CBD office once familiar with systems and processes.

**Your new role**

Your new role will see you acting as the key point of contact for property-related enquiries and administration of leases.

Responsibilities will include:

- Effectively manage data and systems for the leasing department
- Updating lease renewals across their 700 sites
- Provide exceptional face to face and written customer service
- Maintaining a large database of existing lease agreements to review lease renewals

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in a leasing or property management role is essential in being successful for this role.
- Exceptional administration skills
- Good attention to detail
- You must hold a valid police check or be willing to obtain one.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and contractors.
