What does the job look like?

As a Transport Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our transport team. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role will be Part time (Wed - Fri) and based at our Erskine Park site. Key areas:

- Provide administrative support to the transport team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare and maintain accurate transport documentation, reports, and records
- Provide strong communication lines with the customer
- Assist with data entry, invoicing and systems updates, ensuring high levels of accuracy
- Support compliance with company policies and transport regulations

Are you the one?

You’re an organised and proactive administrator with experience in transport or logistics, looking for a role where you can make an impact. You enjoy working in a team and have a strong understanding of compliance and operational processes.
- Experience in transport scheduling or administrative support
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Highly process driven and a team player
- Strong ability to work autonomously and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
