What does the job look like?

In this role, you will assist with Transport Administration related tasks for our NSW operations based in Marsden Park. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely processing of data to ensure business operations run efficiently. This role will be offered as a 6-month max term contract, working full time hours Monday - Friday. Key areas:

- Manifesting, invoice reconciliation and returns management
- Check driver run sheets and Kronos timekeeping compliance
- Manage pallet control
- KPI data entry and reporting
- Provide effective customer service for internal and external customers
- Support the business in other areas where required

- Previous experience in a busy administration role, ideally within a transport operation
- Strong work ethic with ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Package essential
- Flexible approach and willingness to help out where required
