**Your new role**

A customer service officer is responsible for the following duties:

- Build and maintain rapport with customers
- Identify customer product and/or service needs
- Review and update activity on accounts - salesforce
- Provide basic technical support
- Promote and sell products and services
- Attend training to update product knowledge
- Stock Control - Enter all inwards & outwards goods into MYOB
- Data Entry - Correct & accurate order entry of all Customer Orders
- Open new accounts/Closing accounts
- Invoicing
- Enquiries for Hire Equipment & Quotes

**What you'll need to succeed**

Dedicated people who enjoy helping others
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in a service related industry preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptable to changing situations, customer service officer must always perform their duties in line with the organisation’s policy and procedures, service standards and code of practice.

A current driving licence is required. Own transport is preferred. Hours of operation are 8.30am-5.00pm Monday - Friday.
