Your new role
- Responding to inbound customer enquiries over the phone and through other communication channels
- Provide excellent customer experience by resolving enquiries at first point, investigating, and gathering data, providing information to customers and actioning customer requests, correcting errors, and escalating requests in line with the correct process
- Assisting and educating customers in learning banking technology and services
- Effectively handle, escalate and follow-up customer queries, issues, and complaints, using judgement to resolve customer concerns on the spot
- Meeting and adhering to KPI's required in the role

What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally you will have come from a contact centre background however those with the right attitude, solid complaint handling and experience in fast-paced customer service roles will also be considered
- A clear focus on the customer, a passion for service delivery, and a clear willingness to go the extra mile for people
- A flexible attitude, willing to be trained and coached, as well as being positive about feedback and developing your skills
