We are looking for an Administration Assistant for a 12 month contract to be an integral part of our team. This dynamic role is based in our Strathpine office in Brisbane and will provide administrative support and coordinate business activities for the GM Retail Operations, Central Operations Manager and wider Retail Operations team. The key to success in the role will be immersing yourself into the team and managing the communications and messages from retail leadership to drive home some of the important issues to our team.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Communicating effectively to support and deliver business outcomes
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve business priorities
- Managing projects end to end to achieve agreed objectives and outcomes
- Being well organised, proactive and having a high attention to detail
- Providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Retail Operations Team
- Effectively coordinating tasks and events to support business activity

**To be successful in this position, you have will have**:

- Natural strengths as a communicator
- Demonstrated experience in an administration role
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Internal and external relationship management
- Intermediate experience in Excel and Word
- Qualifications in Business and/ or Office Management
