Purpose

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, the Operations Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Delivery Team including Management, Leads, House Seniors and field staff.

Use your passion for the sector to support a culture of person-centred practice which puts participants and their family, carers and/or guardians at the forefront. Collaborate with peers and leaders to deliver the best outcomes for our participants and work across a growing business with lots of depth and knowledge to draw on.

**Your day would have you**:
Managing the Operations Team inbox, responding to messages and allocating work to the appropriate Service Delivery Lead and Team Leader.
Facilitating Service Delivery meetings, taking minutes and recording action items, circulating agendas and minutes before and after meetings.
Providing administration support to the Service Delivery Leads and Team Leaders.
Ordering and maintaining the Personal Protective Equipment at all ONCALL sites.
Summarising Behaviour Recording and circulating to the PBSP as required.
Assist with review and update of Service Delivery processes and forms.
Reviewing and filing Service Delivery documentation including but not limited to Daily Record Books, Meeting Minutes and Site Checklists.
Review sleep disturbance requests.
Assist with day to day management and coordination of Corporate Services.
Provide support to Service Delivery Operations Manager and Quality and Safeguards Manager regarding day-to-day operations and service delivery.

**We would love to hear from you if you have**:
Certificate or Diploma in Business or Disability/Community Services (Essential)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the disability services industry.
Significant experience in an administrative position within a community services organisation.
Strong reporting writing skills and business acumen.
Critical thinking skills.
Excellent organisational skills and able to manage competing demands.

**Cross cultural awareness**: communicate well with, relate to and view issues from the perspective of people from a diverse range of abilities, cultures (ethnic and organisational) and backgrounds.
