With one of our team heading off on Parental leave, we are looking for a seasoned administrator to join our team and step into their role on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

**About the role**

This key role will see you supporting a range of our Senior Leaders within Supercheap Auto, working very closely with our Managing Director, as well as supporting our General Manager of Merchandising and our Senior Leadership Team.

**Some of your key responsibilities**
- Working closely with our Leadership team providing accurate and timely administrative support
- Coordinating tasks and events which support our business activity - including preparation of the agenda for our weekly leadership meeting
- Coordination of any special events, including managing invitations, travel, and accommodation requirements
- Maintenance support including updating our organisational charts, distribution lists, contact information and our intranet
- Management of payment queries and processing of purchase orders and invoicing related to the business unit

**To be successful in this position**
- You will come from a background as a Personal or Executive Assistant, or a Team Administrator
- You will have experience working with, and providing support to those sitting at the SLT and Exec Leadership levels
- You would consider your skills at an advanced level with Microsoft office products
- You have a strong eye for detail and are comfortable producing reports and long docs
- You have excellent stakeholder relationship skills and would consider yourself a natural communicator
- Excellent with time management and understanding how to navigate multiple priorities
