**About the role**

**This is a three-month maximum term opportunity with possibility of extension. The role can be based anywhere across Australia or New Zealand.**

This busy role will see you providing administrative support to our Talent Acquisition and Mobility teams in the creation and processing of individual employee contracts, sending out offers of employment to new and existing team members along with other ad-hoc administration tasks. Initial period will be focussed on Mobility, assisting in team member movements through contract creation.

This is a **very** high volume administration role that requires an individual who is focused on delivering exceptional service.

Success in this role will see you thrive in a high pressure, fast paced, energetic environment. Your time management skills are second to none and you have the ability to prioritise work requests effectively.

You will also have the following:

- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment that involves high volume processing (not necessarily HR or recruitment)
- Proven ability to achieve targets within tight timeframes
- Well-developed verbal and written communication
- A high level of self-motivation
- Outstanding and reliable work ethic
- Impeccable attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- The ability to pick things up quickly
