We are seeking a switched on and motivated receptionist to join this global and leading organisation based in North Sydney.

You will be the first point of contact for the organisation and must present as highly professional, friendly and welcoming to leave a long lasting positive impression on the customer.

You will provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients face-to-face or over the telephone.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting accordingly/taking messages accurately.
- Providing a professional and friendly welcoming to all clients and visitors.
- Ensure the reception area is visually maintained to reflect a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
- General office admin and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Organising catering for meetings and office events.
- Database and admin management.
- Providing support to the Office Manager with any ad hoc administrative assistance and to other departments when required.
- Organising couriers and deliveries on behalf of departments.
- Assisting the Office Manager with organising social events and the annual company conferences.

**Who you are?**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Switched on with great initiative and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Experience with Databases, Systems and MS Office Suite.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and workload in a busy environment.
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration - not precious to the reception duties and will support other departments when required.
