**The Opportunity**:
**What You Will Do**:

- General Reception Service Management
- Attend to client arrivals that come through to Reception first
- Assist to ensure mails/deliveries to employees are placed and forwarded to recipient
- Security badge management, including visitor passes and building passes
- Monitoring and maintaining Consumable stock levels
- Routinely inspect all contracted services to ensure performance measures are being maintained and all equipment are working properly
- Notify property repair to contractors
- Coordination with end users on event support
- Meeting Room Management
- Ensure employee’s workplace satisfaction and successful implementation of facilities services
- Achieved KPI based on the agreed Individual Performance Agreement with manager

**What You Will Bring**:

- 2 Years+ experience of an Office Services role
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service mindset (customer oriented)
- Team player and able to work independently; able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
- Goal-oriented and driven to resolve issues quickly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and strong verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ‘can do’ attitude
- Flexible, confident, motivated, energetic and trustworthy
- Passion for quality and has an eye for detail
