**About the role**

An exciting opportunity exists to join ouroperations team based in Yarraville. We are seeking an experienced OperationsCoordinator to assist in the direction, planning & management of alllogistics requirements for our audio department.

In this role you will support the needs ofthe Operations Manager; including but not limited to managing warehouseinventory, coordinating and arranging logistics of incoming and outgoing audiohire equipment, including trucking movements as well as coordinating factorystaff to achieve the goals of the day.

This is not a supply chain role as we are arental company that utilises our staff, therefore excellent people skills are amust.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinating audio equipment drop offs and pick ups
- Liaising with our other interstate offices to coordinate internal freight moves
- Assist with equipment preps and de prep and act as a liaison to remedy gear inventory issues
- Coordinate and supervise test and tag and stock takes
- Undertake routine maintenance of the warehouse and equipment, including but not limited to assisting in general upkeep of gear and undertake other ad hoc projects, as directed
- Assist the Operations Manager and Account Managers to achieve the needs of the client
- Assist and support warehouse staff with factory operations

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of audio/entertainment industry and gear is highly desirable
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, work under pressure and be able to multitask
- Be able to adapt to changing situations
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Be able to work as part of as a team
- Ability to organise, prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks
- Be able to resolve issues with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Must hold a valid full manual license
- High attention to detail
