**Business Manager NSW/ACT - Indigenous Business Banking - 56722**

Indigenous Business Managers are critical to achieving Westpac’s strategy of financial inclusion and wellbeing for Indigenous Customers. They maintain lasting partnerships with 3rd party referrers and create strong relationships with new Indigenous business customers by acting as trusted advisors.

As the Indigenous Business Manager you will be responsible for building strong relationships with both external referral partners and new Indigenous business customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored financial solutions and ensuring excellent customer onboarding and ongoing experience.

**How will I help?**
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline of new business, focusing on Indigenous business customers from both internal and external referral sources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners to grow the Westpac Indigenous Banking brand.
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new customers, delivering exceptional service and managing the first 100 days effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide specialized solutions, supporting both business and personal customer needs.Advocate for the brand externally and internally, working to increase referrals and customer satisfaction.

**What do I need?**
- 5+ years of experience in business banking or related field, with a focus on stakeholder management and customer engagement.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- In-depth understanding of the Indigenous market and its unique business needs.
- Experience in financial analysis, credit risk, and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
