Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager NSW/ACT - Industrial Hoses located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities within the industrial hose sector. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, negotiating contracts, overseeing product technical selection, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely product delivery and maintain high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in technical sales and account management
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Knowledge of industrial hoses and related products
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is essential
