At **TeamKids**, we're committed to enriching children's lives through high-quality, engaging before and after school care and vacation programs. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced **State Manager** to oversee our operations across NSW, ACT, and QLD.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the **National Operations Manager - Before and After Care**, you will lead a high-performing team of Regional and Operations Managers, ensuring that every TeamKids service delivers a consistent, fun, safe, and enriching experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Multi-State Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of more than 70 services across NSW, ACT, and QLD, with a primary base in Sydney.
- **Inspire and Empower Teams**: Provide coaching and mentorship to Regional and Operations Managers, cultivating a culture of accountability, growth, and care.
- **Ensure Operational Excellence**: Implement systems and processes to drive quality, compliance, and consistency across all services.
- **Drive Strategic Growth**: Open new services in alignment with our expansion plans and partner expectations across all three states.
- **Manage Financial Performance**: Oversee budgets, manage labour costs, and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
- **Foster Stakeholder Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, school communities, and external partners.
