Customer Service Representative

**We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Prestons branch** on a full time permanent basis. It is an exciting time to be joining our Customer Service team as we continue to push ways to innovate and find the best solutions for our customers.

**As the Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include;**
- Assist in processing of RFQ to Order release stages.
- Maintain relationships with customers/ potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and future business opportunities
- Working with Internal stakeholders to provide support in completing business objectives
- Answers customer queries in regards to pricing, turnaround and technical information
- Entering, maintaining and reviewing customer pricing and database
- Contribute as an active member of the Business by generating ideas and opportunities, as well as identifying risks and helping resolve business issues and problems
- Compliance with a range documented procedures, processes and adhering to all regulations

**About you**

We are looking for someone who is **passionate about all things customer service** and delivering an exceptional experience for our internal and external customers.

This individual will need to have a hard-working attitude and be passionate about developing their capabilities within this space. You will also have a demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office & Excel, and following detail processes.

You will also thrive in a fast paced environment, and have the personal drive, initiative to ‘get things done’ and able to follow through to execution.

**If you do not have Customer Service experience within the manufacturing or steel industry we still encourage you to apply You will be provided with training and on-going support to ensure you succeed in your role.**
