**Who are we?**
Star Hygiene started in 2013 and has really made a bang in the washroom hygiene services industry, with offices now in Sydney, Melbourne & Gold Coast. We started with an understanding of what the washroom hygiene services industry required and grew around our customer’s needs.
We are looking for someone who loves people, who is enthusiastic about providing above and beyond customer service and who gets a kick out of making a positive impact on someone else's day

**About You**:
Star Hygiene are seeking a motivated individual to join our Sydney team as a Customer Service Queen & Inbound Sales Superstar
If you have an excellent phone manner, like working and providing support to a friendly team and have excellent customer service skills, this job is for you
**The Gig**:
**Your daily role is 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.**
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Immediate resolution of customer requests and queries
- Inbound and Outbound calls with customers (Calling past customers or potential customers)
- Determining opportunities to up-sell whilst providing outstanding customer service
- Quoting
- Processing of orders
- Processing of service agreements
- Data entry, maintenance of company records, administration (The boring stuff)
- Liaise with the Ops Manager daily to ensure you give your new customers the correct information.
- Work independently as a team member.
