**Company Description**:
With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and efficiency, the company offers a wide range of high-quality products. Due to expansion, they are looking to grow their sales division and add an additional Customer Service Representative.

**_Those that have succeeded in the past have either had a trade qualification, worked on the tools for a number of years, and moved to internal sales, others from technical internal sales, or customer service from tool retailers._**

**The Job**:
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Registering enquiries and orders into the business ERP/MRP System - SAP
- Meeting with BDM's and Product Managers to discuss product enquiries
- Learn to provide solutions to both technical and commercial problems raised in meetings
- Strong focus on supporting order processing, following up on outstanding customer quotations
- Preparing quotations for new enquiries and spare parts, having a voice, focus on improving customer service and workshop procedures
- Monitor sales reports and data from CRM and pass relevant info to Management
- Provide monthly comments on rolling sales forecasts
- Reviewing material costs and job history
- Update records, activity and conversations with clients

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Trade qualified or time served in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate verbal confidence
- Ideally, 2 years of experience in a similar role within a related industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to engage with staff and clients to provide effective solutions
