Customer Service Representative

**Your new role**

We are on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Prestons, Sydney on 3-month fixed term contract.

As our new Customer Service Representative, you will provide superior telephone customer support to our merchants, trade, and retail centres. Keeping the customer as your priority will ensure you build the rapport required to succeed in this role. Your day will consist of multi-tasking which includes use of various portals and systems. In return, you will join a supportive and customer-centred team who all share a common purpose of bringing to life all three of our cultural pillars: We are Customer Focused; We are One Team and We Care For Each Other.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all customer orders are processes in an accurate and timely manner to meet agreed.service standards
- Work with a ordering system (EDI portal) and within customer portals
- Ensure customer enquiries are responded to in an accurate and timely manner
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Data entry/case management

**About you**
- 3+ years experience in customer service
- Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft)
- Enjoy communicating effectively with internal and external customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Able to work towards deadlines and KPIs

It doesn’t matter if you don’t know all the different types of taps, toilets, showers and basins (but a bonus if you do), because we have a great onboarding program and full training will be provided to set you up for success
