**Responsibilities**:
**Telesales**: Engage with potential customers through phone calls to understand their needs.

**Product Knowledge**: Master our diverse product range, with a focus on Heat Pumps and air conditioning solutions under ESS.

**Educate Customers**: Inform customers about the benefits of our energy-efficient products and how they can save on costs while being environmentally responsible.

**Build Relationships**: Develop rapport with customers, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:
**Sales Experience**: Proven success in a telesales or similar role.

**Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.

**Excellent Communication Skills**: Clear and persuasive communication is key

**Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

**Passion for Sustainability**: A genuine interest in promoting eco-friendly solutions.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prestons, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
