**_HammondCare is currently looking for a Full-time Application Manager to join our Residential team based in our St Leonards Office.._**
The Application Manager works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure that HammondCare gets the best value from its investment in the residential care management system platform and the quality of the data collected in the system.
This role works alongside IT systems administrators to problem-solve system incidents and service requests and create reporting tools to empower operational managers of the residential care team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analysing the structure and processes to identify possible supporting platform improvements and solutions
- Maintain high level of awareness of residential care management system functionality and latest product developments and roadmap. Analyse ways the software can be applied to make the business more efficient and able to achieve strategic objectives
- Manage software upgrades - from influencing vendor product development through to testing, implementation, documentation and user training artefacts.
- Management and maintenance of the residential care management system platform, ensuring collection and entry of a range of information and data associated with the provision of care and medication to residents
- Provides technical support for system incidents and service requests
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, user support principles and practises and have a passion for data
- The ability to communicate and translate technical information to a non-technical audience with the ability to prepare and deliver training
- An understanding of Aged Care, in particular the residential services environment
- Experience with the configuration and end-user experience of residential care management systems highly regarded
- Systems, Computing Science, Health Science or other relative qualification - Desirable
