Health Manager level 3, starting salary from $127,150 - $144,444 plus Super, with a 38-hour work week.

What you will do

  • Drive operational excellence by delivering efficient service outcomes and developing KPIs to measure success.
  • Lead workforce planning and organisational design initiatives, providing expert advice across the organisation.
  • Manage and implement workforce strategies and change management plans to meet program priorities.
  • Oversee functions including recruitment, rostering, performance management, and staff development.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across NSW Health and associated organisations.

About you

  • You bring relevant and extensive experience in large, complex organisation, ideally across business operations, HR, recruitment, finance, or records management.
  • You thrive in high-pressure environments, juggling competing priorities with strong organisational skills and a focus on outcomes.
  • You're experienced in leading change, redesigning systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • You have sharp analytical skills and a creative mindset, enabling you to interpret data, solve problems, and deliver clear, impactful reports.
  • You're a confident communicator and collaborator, skilled in engaging stakeholders and negotiating effectively across diverse teams.
