Manager - Change and Transformation

We are offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for a suitably qualified Change Manager to join our vibrant and innovative team. This role supports major organisational change initiatives and transformation projects essential to RCPAQAP's strategic objectives and growth plans. This role also supports the successful adoption of new technology and processes for internal and external stakeholders. In consultation with the CEO and other senior leaders, this role will develop and implement change strategies that align change initiatives with organisational priorities.
The position is a full-time position comprising 37.5 hours per week.
Position Objectives include:
- Designing and delivering end to end change management strategies and plans to support business goals and objectives, encourage adoption and minimise resistance
- Working closely with project teams to embed change activities into overall project plans
- Identifying and managing key stakeholders across business and technical areas; ensuring effective consultation and communication activity to build stakeholder engagement and alignment.
- Conducting business impact assessment and readiness reviews to ensure the team and the organisation is prepared for change projects and activities
- Developing and delivering tailored communication plans and materials to drive awareness, understanding and engagement.
- Monitoring change adoption and resistance, designing and introducing strategies to mitigate risks and maximise uptake and effective integration
- Supporting transition to BAU.
- Collating reporting on status and progress on initiatives
- Coaching leaders and stakeholders through change journeys; building change capability and maturity across teams with a focus on empowering people
- Tracking success metrics and refining Change Management strategies based on results.
Location
The position is located in St Leonards, Sydney and the office is within walking distance of the train station and the Pacific Highway.

Essential
- Exceptional and effective communication skills.
- Proven experience in change management or a similar role
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities – in particular the ability navigate challenges, and find effective solutions
- Leadership and team-building skills: Inspires teams, builds trust, and encourages collaboration during periods of change.
- Personal adaptability and resilience
- Analytical skills – in particular to assess the impact of changes and make data-driven and culturally aligned decisions
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks, with the ability to tailor the approach for a larger audience.
Desirable
- Proven experience as a Change Manager or similar role, preferably within complex, technical & IT related transformational projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage change across the full lifecycle from impact assessment to post go live support.
- Proficiency in using change management frameworks.
- Certification in change management, agile change or equivalent; or desire to undertake formal training and/or mentoring to develop key capabilities/skills
