$26 per hour plus super and entitlements

Coolfoam is a leading South Australian-based supplier and manufacturer of industrial, and commercial HVAC insulation products. We strive to deliver the highest possible level of service to our customers and offer our employees a diverse work environment.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- General office administrative duties
- Account management (payables and receivables)
- Processing customer sales orders
- Supplier communications and maintaining stock.
- Oversee and organise external transport and delivery.
- Internal and external newsletters

**Qualifications & experience**
- MS Office experience (mainly Excel and Outlook)
- Accounting software experience useful (Xero or Myob)
- Ability to coordinate and liaise at all levels.
- Highly motivated with a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Good attention to detail, work efficiently and unsupervised.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Be proficient with computers.
- Some experience in a manufacturing and inventory-based business will be helpful.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edinburgh North, SA 5113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
