**The Company**:
A leading manufacturer and supplier of quality bedding products.**The Role**:
Providing professional administrative and customer service support and maintaining accurate record keeping systems. Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for all customer enquiries, order issues, deliveries, product availability, warranty claims, new customers
- Attend to all inward calls
- Invoice and Credit Note filing
- Return Approvals (RA) process
- Back-up Sales Order entering
- Manage Seconds Shop
- Collect Mail and distribute
- Errands, including Post Office and Bank
- Invoice follow-ups
- Pallet transfers
- New Zealand Sales Order follow through
- Manage Websales account
- Other duties as directed from time to time
**Your Core Competencies**:
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
- Moderate Negotiation skills - Suppliers / Customers
- Ability to Cope well under pressure
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Intermediate Computer Skills - Microsoft Office Suite, Pronto Xi desirable
- Accurate Data Entry Skills
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
