**About the Role**

Epson Australia is looking for a Customer Service and eCommerce Administrator to join our Digital Sales & Marketing team at our head office in North Ryde.
- Have experience with Customer Support or Call Centre. Or administrative & customer support experience. Have a good understanding of the digital landscape, e-commerce marketing and web sales processes (having worked previously for a Shop Online facility a definite advantage)
- Possess excellent people skills with a desire to go above and beyond for customers
- Have good attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines
- Be someone with a great positive attitude, polite and willing to help or support all kinds of customer enquiries. Patience, tolerant and calming composure to customers' needs and frustrations.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring smooth processing of online sales and issue resolutions
- Other administration duties relating to Shop Online and Marketing, including processing cashbacks and refunds
- Monitoring and updating Shop Online order status
