The Client coordinator reports to the Customer Support and Delivery Team Leader/Manager and is part of the Customer Support and Delivery team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to manage multiple brand projects from end-to-end lifecycle to ensure compliant project delivery. The team services iconic brands including but not limited to McDonald Jones homes, Weeks homes, Brighton Homes and many more More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end administration throughout the project's lifecycle, from processing customer orders to scheduling manufacturing based on client and operational demand.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide status updates on project
- Coordinate project specific product and materials procurement.
- Analyse data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Log and action client feedback, provide resolutions and outcomes within service response times
- Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Focus on customer service and client experience

- Demonstrates a strong customer service focus, ensuring client satisfaction through responsive and attentive interaction.
- Experience within building and construction industry (Highly desirable)
- Experience in a customer-centric administration role (minimum 5 years)
