**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Services Support Officer to join a leading communications technology company based in the South-eastern suburbs of Melbourne for a 12-month contract.

**About the Role**

This Support Officer opportunity will see you providing Service Support tasks, including:

- Executive admin support
- Booking team meetings/events
- Provide project and financial reporting, tracking and updates to Project Managers.
- Raise purchase orders and invoices.
- Document management and control
- Oracle Project Management (OPM) project and resource set up and reporting.
- Maintain client databases.
- Coordinate and organise domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements when required.
- Taking and preparing meeting minutes
- Provide an efficient administrative support service which may include the preparation of presentation materials, proposals, quotations, tender documents, agreements and general correspondence.

**About you**

The Successful applicant will be a collaborative team player with experience in a similar role. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills whilst working in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience working with Microsoft Office Suit, G-Suite.
