**About the Role**
An exciting, permanent **Business Support Officer** role is currently available within our Operational Doctrine and Training Department. This role will support the Business Support Coordinator to deliver an integrated business administration service to ensure the effective operation of the Victorian Emergency Management Training Centres (VEMTC).
Key responsibilities include:
- provide effective and efficient administrative support to assist the VEMTC Campuses with the delivery of relevant training courses
- support the Business Support Coordinator and VEMTC campus staff with administration tasks
- coordinate scheduling, catering and financial procedures and processes
- provide excellent customer service for the CFA, other emergency service organisations and volunteers

**About You**
The successful applicant will be a proactive and experienced administrator with experience working with Excel, Word and Outlook. You will demonstrate skills and experience in accounts payable/receivable (preferably within SAP). You will be effective in working as part of a small team and have good communication and excellent interpersonal skills. Most importantly, you will be passionate about delivering a professional administrative service with excellent attention to detail, responsiveness and problem-solving abilities. _Experience working in a training environment and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will be highly regarded._
