We are seeking a highly skilled **IT Delivery Lead** with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in delivering small to medium-sized infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and internal technical initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for driving technology solutions that support business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and system upgrade projects across networking, cloud, and general IT domains.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure technical quality and compliance with enterprise standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication across all levels of the organization.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Solid knowledge of one or more Software Development Lifecycles.
- Demonstrated experience delivering small to medium-sized IT projects within an Agile framework.
- Demonstrated experience managing schedules, timelines and scrum teams to ensure that deliverables are delivered on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with various stakeholders and all levels of management.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple work packages and concurrent projects across networking, cloud, and general IT domains.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution between requirements and deliverables.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments or financial services organizations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
- You might also hold certifications in Agile, PMP, or cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
