BLACKROC is proud to be partnering with a global brand and household name, that is nationally recognised for empowering every day Australians. They are looking for a talented Delivery Lead to take the reins on delivering solutions that meet the needs of both customers and stakeholders.

You will use your agile delivery experience and lead teams through the entire delivery lifecycle, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget. To excel in this position, we are seeking a Delivery Lead with a blend of technical expertise, experience in designing scalable systems, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who has a passion for improvement and can drive teams towards high value goals. As the Delivery Lead your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage the entire delivery lifecycle across multiple streams of work, planning and executing the delivery of initiatives
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Product Owners, cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
- Keep sprints organized and ensure timely delivery of accurate priorities
- Drive continuous improvement of both product and team environment
- Help the development team optimize release pipeline through structured sprints
- Transparently communicate progress, metrics, and capacity to all stakeholders
- Mentor and coach team members to drive a high-performing team culture

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, leading software projects and managing teams
- Experience working in a cross-functional team of Developers, UI/UX Designers, and Product Owners
- Strong experience working with a range of agile methodologies
- Experience in delivering software solutions from concept to delivery; and designing and improving systems across teams
