**About the role**

We currently have a **12 Month **opportunity** for a Delivery Lead in our Cloud & Infrastructure team.

As a Delivery Lead, you will coordinate the delivery of the Key projects by providing effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills to support the development of platform maintenance solutions, functionality enhancements and day to day support.

You will drive overall improved results by serving as an agile facilitator for both the team and key stakeholders, by removing any impediments that obstruct the team’s pursuit of its goals, thereby helping maximise productivity.

Working in an Agile environment you will represent the team at dependency management sessions, PI Planning sessions, Continuous improvement meetings and leading team ceremonies such as retros sprint planning and daily stand ups.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Demonstrable knowledge across Agile frameworks (SAFe, SCRUM, Lean, etc), and hands on experience using Agile processes, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated experience managing multiple (often conflicting) priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve risks, issues, and stakeholders across all levels of Sunsuper
