How you contribute*
Establish and lead Emesent project delivery structures and ensure clear visibility of Emesent project timeframes. Deliver Emesent projects on time and in budget while working with the Product Management team to determine project priorities based on evidence-based timeframes.

**Here’s what we need**
- Lead the Product Delivery Team of Emesent
- Maintain and overview the agile system development for Emesent’s Engineering Team, including the relevant connections to all other business units
- Responsible for collaborating on and supporting the development of products with designers, developers, and customers in the areas of communication, project and product management, and high-level product architecture.
- Work with the Head of Engineering to meet the Engineering Teams OKR’s and targets for the running FY
- Establish and monitor the full Engineering Team Governance cadence, process and meeting structure to ensure efficient and effective product delivery
- Promote software and development process quality, efficiency and best practices for the codebase.
- Be a positive, energetic and collaborative team member who is willing to own and drive Product Delivery to a predictive and known standard and quality
- Set clear team goals and KPIs
- Delegate tasks and set project estimations and deadlines to support Project Manager and Product Owner
- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Support the Head of Engineering in strategic planning and program definition for the Engineering department
- Continuously monitor existing business processes for their gaps and improvements opportunities across the organisation
- Other duties as directed by the Head of Engineering or his/her/their supervisors

**How you’ll succeed**
- 3+ years of experience working as a Delivery Lead in the delivery and/or support of a complex project environment
- An Agile approach to project delivery
- Experience with Agile Project Management Tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a relatable field (desirable)
- Product Owner / Scrum Master certification (desirable)
- Scaled Agile Framework certification (SAFe) (desirable)
