**About us**

**Amatrice** is the creation of two Melbourne restaurateurs - Dave Parker (San Telmo, Pastuso, Palermo, Asado, Robata) and Alex Brawn (owner of shore-side Williamstown diner Sebastian). **Amatrice** Cremorne includes **Caffe Amatrice** and **Amatrice Rooftop Restaurant**, and is the first in a planned group of Italian restaurants, bars and cafes by the duo.

With growth comes exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the operations of **Caffe Amatrice**. Leading the front of house team and working closely with the Head Chef and Venue Manager to deliver an experience worthy of consideration amongst Melbourne’s most hospitality venues.

We are searching for the best. An experienced cafe manager with the vision and skills to drive the businesses, provide training and development for their teams, and to lead the experience for our guests. Key to success is a strategic long-term approach to recruitment, training and leadership.
