Located in the heart of Richmond, Café 83 is seeking an experienced Café Supervisor to join our growing team.

**Must have**:

- Minimum 2 years of Barista experience a MUST, with a proven ability to work in a high-volume barista environment, adjust grinders, and manage coffee stock control.
- Operations management experience in cafés.
- Great English - strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a love for working as part of a team.

**Full-time position**
- Monday to Friday (no evenings)

Pay: $52,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
