THE OPPORTUNITY

As our
Brand Copywriter
, you'll report directly to the Head of Brand Marketing, crafting compelling, commercially driven content across all DECJUBA channels. As the guardian of our brand's tone of voice, you'll ensure consistency across every touchpoint and communication. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring briefs to life, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the broader marketing strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce high quality written content for all DECJUBA channels –, in store signage, digital assets, product packaging and internal communications.
  • Ensure all written materials consistently reflect the brand tone of voice, differentiated for DECJUBA, D-LUXE Basics, DECJUBA Kids and DECJUBA Foundation.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across all communications.
  • Ensure all content is relevant, clear and error-free.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audience, industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ongoing internal stakeholder management to execute briefs and respond to feedback with a solution focussed mindset.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum three years of proven experience delivering on-brand, commercial copy.
  • Short and long form copywriting skills. Advanced grammar and spelling. Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels to ensure copy is fit for purpose and differentiated by deliverable.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Innovative thinker who's open to evolving ways of working - you know how to make resources work with you to enhance creativity and efficiency, without compromising brand integrity.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment. Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
