THE OPPORTUNITY
As our
Learning & Development Lead
, you'll play both a strategic and hands-on role in bringing our Growth & Development pillar to life - one of the five core pillars of the DECJUBA Employee Value Proposition. Reporting to the GM of People Experience, you'll lead our Learning & Development strategy and partner with leaders across Retail and Support Office to deliver learning that enables the growth and performance of our people and our business. This is a role for a learning leader who builds capability through action, designing and executing strategy, creating digital content and workshops, partnering with leaders, and making development real and relevant across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Learning & Design
- Own DECJUBA's Learning & Development strategy across Retail and Head Office
- Partner with PX and business leaders to design and deliver leadership solutions that grow capability and performance
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of learning, aligned to key strategic priorities (leadership, service, safety and product)
- Manage current and create new learning solutions aligned with 70:20:10 including: digital learning modules and resources, in-person workshops, coaching programs, capability pathways, skills libraries and learning experiences
- Develop learning to support internal talent pipelines (DSHINE) and the Performance & Development cycle (BIG CHAT Little Chat)
- Champion and embed the 70:20:10 learning model, using AI and technology to scale and streamline delivery
- Use data and insights to track learning outcomes and inform leadership decisions
- Partner with internal stakeholders, external experts and vendors to scale capability
Stakeholder Relationships, Support & Delivery
- Partner with leaders to design practical learning solutions that address business needs
- Facilitate in-person sessions and deliver programs alongside the PX team
- Promote learning campaigns and champion our 3P+ Performance Standard
- Drive engagement, adoption and momentum across teams to embed learning outcomes
- Influence others through collaboration, curiosity and clear communication
Learning Systems & Experience
- Manage and continuously improve the SuccessFactors LMS and related learning technologies to boost engagement and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement by using feedback and innovation across systems, data, AI and automation
- Oversee compliance and core learning, ensuring accurate role-based pathways that build essential skills, safety and compliance
- Provide regular actionable learning performance insights to PX and business leaders
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years' experience in Learning & Development, Capability, or Organisational Development (Retail preferred)
- Experienced in building and managing L&D ecosystems end-to-end, including digital learning design using industry authoring tools (RISE preferred)
- Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery skills, able to move from big picture to action quickly
- Passionate about leadership development, growth, and helping others succeed while delivering great customer experiences to stakeholders
- Curious, adaptable and innovative, thrives in fast-paced, change-driven environments
- Skilled facilitator comfortable running sessions and consulting with groups
- Credible and commercial stakeholder partner (collaborative and solutions-focused)
- Data-savvy with an ability to measure learning impact
