The Position- Ensures that programs are developed, delivered and evaluated to best meet the needs of the community within the service regions.-
- Actively develop and promote workforce plans and strategies that enhance the attraction and retention of appropriately qualified caregivers.- Supports all caregivers to meet their operational objectives.- Develop a services structure and environment in which excellence in outcomes may be achieved.- Ensure regular contact with services caregivers, with recognition of achievements both individually and by unit/service.- Supports and leads the team to work with consumers, carers, significant others, local service providers and stakeholders to meet the needs of consumers and the community.- Ensures that assessment, and care coordination are delivered in a timely, sensitive and consumer centered approach.

Successful applicants must have a tertiary qualification in mental health or related profession and registration with the relevant professional body, minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior role in a community or acute health service, and a valid NSW drivers licence.

We can offer you- Salary: $149,237 to $165,829 plus 11.5% Superannuation- Permanent full-time, working 38 hours per week- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
