Spectrum College is Registered Training Organisation (RTO) located in the Burwood NSW. Our mission at Spectrum College is to provide high-quality vocational education to all individuals. We are seeking an experienced individual who has a passion for compliance to lead our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and ensuring excellency in operations management.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage RTO operations, staff, and students to comply with ASQA regulations, the VET Quality Framework.
- Overseeing teams across various locations, ensuring consistent performance, training, and adherence to company values and objectives.
- Aligning resource allocation with company goals, ensuring targets are met within financial constraints.
- Oversee the **recruitment, induction**, and **onboarding** of new staff members to ensure the right people are in place to support the organization’s goals.
- Conducting market analysis, competitor research, and working with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborating across departments to align client services, internal teams, and external partners to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
- Manage all reporting mechanisms to ASQA and other regulatory bodies with established Spectrum College practices and protocols.
- Oversee the implementation of policies & procedures to maintain operational integrity.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Relevant qualification and industry experience in their chosen field
- Ability to motivate and mentor students and staff through real-life experience.
- Demonstrated ability to complete all paperwork within time frames and to a high standard.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team building, motivation, and professional development.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
