Great opportunity with amazing NSW Government Agency for an experienced Change Manager, offering $1050 p/d + Super, on an 8-month contract based in Burwood

**About the role** The Change Manager will be responsible for leading key change activities such as stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, and learning analysis whilst also managing stakeholder expectations about the program, generating buy-in to the solution, and supporting organisational alignment.
- Responsibilities:_
- Facilitate the design, development and ownership of Change Management Strategy/Plans and ensure that appropriate Change Management inputs are incorporated into the overall Project Plan
- Manage change management activities including change impact assessments on the project
- Develop and design communications and engagement content for the Project
- Work collaboratively with all operational business groups to understand current and future state and to ensure business requirements are translated into documentation.
- Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics and identify and manage anticipated resistance to change
- Collaborate with HR, IR, LD, Communications, and any other stakeholders to deliver an integrated people change service to the business.

**About you**
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Change Management
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Permanent resident or citizen
- Per NSW Government policy all employees must be fully vaccinated.
