**About the role**:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Service & Advocacy Product Owner to join our Retail Solutions Delivery Team, reporting to the Value Stream Manager. As the Product Owner you will be responsible in ensuring all products meet customer and business needs. Working in close consultation with both domain leaders/teams to identify and define problems and opportunities. Undertaking detailed discover/value attribution whilst overseeing the detailed design, deliver and deployment of these features.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Ability to understand issues and opportunities from a business, customer and market perspective
- Work with your respective Value Stream Lead and Domain Lead/s to build an understanding of the key value drivers / performance objectives and align the product roadmap to these strategic goals
- Liaise with Technical Analysts to ensure the product meets the needs of the end user
- Oversee the creation of key artifacts including Process Maps and end user Work Instructions
- Provide regular updates to the business on Product team progress, decisions, achievements

**To be successful you will have**:

- Significant experience in a similar role
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with clear pro-active communication
- Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to identify and define problems and opportunities
- A sound understating to regulatory requirements
