This is a permanent, part-time role (Tuesday-Thursday) suited to someone who is currently studying, or has recently completed a relevant Bachelors degree majoring in Marketing or Communications.

Are you bursting with creativity and ready to kickstart your professional marketing career? We're looking for a passionate and strategically minded Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant Campaigns team based in Brisbane.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager and working closely with our in-house digital marketing, content and design teams, you'll be hands-on in helping to bring strategic marketing initiatives to life. You'll contribute to the development, execution and performance measurement of strategic marketing campaigns and communications that drive growth and elevate the Findex brand.

This role is your chance to develop your skills in performance marketing and content development; making a real impact on campaigns that reach diverse audiences, generate effective business outcomes and create lasting impressions to our people, clients and communities.

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the planning and implementation of marketing campaign strategies, assisting in the preparation of detailed marketing plans and evaluations
- Prepare job briefs for our in-house digital, design and content teams, ensuring all projects are executed with precision

**Let’s talk about you**

The successful person will possess the following skills, attributes and experience:

- You are in the final year or have recently completed a Bachelors degree majoring in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointYou have exceptional communications skills, strong attention to detail, and excel at coordinating multiple tasks while meeting deadlines with ease
